Hello Beautiful Followers.
You may have notice I am not posting as much lately. This is because school just started and it’s a bit overwhelming. I’m not letting the stress get in the way of my fitness, but unfortunately I have to cut blogging out of schedule for the time being. Unfollow if you wish, but this blog is not going inactive, just on a temporary hiatus. Thanks for understanding.
Love your blog - my daily inspiration! Ok- my question: My wrists really hurts when I do push-ups, and reaaallly hurt when I try to do push ups while holding onto a weight or side plank in yoga. How can I support my wrists and still do these exercises? (PS the right one hurts more than the left - I'm right handed)
I don’t really have a ton of experience with this, but from what I’ve read it appears that the best way to help you wrist is stretch them. I found a video full of wrist stretches :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXig5WtqvG .
Also, if you’re not opposed to spending money, buying a wrist supporter or brace may also help. But remember, if the pain is too bad or consistent, you might want to see a doctor to make sure nothing is torn or inflamed. Good luck, hope this helped.
